Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly BookMintora subscriptions may be cancelled to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges already processed. Requests concerning duplicate charges, technical inability to access a purchased service, or other billing errors are reviewed individually.

Because AI-assisted book production is a digital service that can begin immediately after purchase, eligibility for a refund may depend on whether production credits or generation services have already been used and on applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.
